New Leadership, Same Values
In 2024, we entered an exciting new chapter when Patrick McElroy and Andrew Allen took the helm. Both served as combat arms officers in the U.S. Army, commanding Armor Companies—a background that helps them lead with discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose. After leaving corporate life, Patrick spent time hiking the Appalachian and Colorado Trails, then sailed the eastern coastline before turning his focus to business ownership. Andrew’s extensive marketing background and passion for growth complement Patrick’s sense of adventure and resilience. Together, they sought out a company with a proven track record of excellence, and Peoples Signature Flooring was the perfect fit.
