Project Coordinator (Westlake Area)



Peoples Signature Flooring is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and hard-working Project Coordinator to assist in creating a customer experience that’s second to none.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Managing daily office operations
-Collaborating with owners, office staff, and installation teams to see installation projects through to completion
-Managing vendor relationships, ordering flooring materials, and staying on top of order status
-Scheduling installation appointments with customers and installation teams
-Ensuring a positive customer experience by personally contacting customers before, during, and after installations
-Answering multiple phone lines
-Assisting with management of social media/online presence
 
APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:
-Friendly, up-beat personality
-Tech savvy with a passion to improve processes is a huge plus
-4-7 years of professional, relevant experience
-College degree
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented mindset
-Savvy business sense
-Proactive attitude & exceptional problem-solving skills
-Strong multi-tasking skills
-Dependability & punctuality
-Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
-Organization & computer skills
 
Experience in flooring is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. 35 hours per week, M-F, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
 
This position offers $18-$21 per hour DOE. Paid vacation is included; however, please note that this position does NOT provide medical benefits or 401K.
 
Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug test. PSF is a non-smoking environment.
